Gratuity Calculator is a free, independent tool that helps employees in Qatar, the UAE and Saudi Arabia estimate their end-of-service gratuity before they resign, renegotiate or sign a final settlement.

Who makes it

The site is built and maintained in Qatar by an IT professional who works in the Gulf. It is not affiliated with any ministry, employer or law firm.

How the calculations work

Each calculator follows the legal minimum set by the country's labour law: Qatar's Labour Law No. 14 of 2004, the UAE's Federal Decree-Law No. 33 of 2021 and the Saudi Labour Law. The guides cite the articles they rely on, and the pages are reviewed when the rules change. Calculations run in your browser; the figures you type are never sent to us.
